ISILP Focuses on Consumer Protection issues and consumer abuses, with the long term view of making a better society.

In a Capitalist system, the tendency of balance sheet abuse is rife – big companies can charge fees, or otherwise punish consumers knowing very well there’s little they can do, and the corporations have a barrage of attorneys.

This isn’t about protecting the little guy, although that is a positive benefit from these actions.

ISILP is seeking fair policies that enable an ethical ‘win win’ system whereby companies can profit but only in cases where there’s a winner on the other side.  Or in other words, any fees or services must be justified.

We’re interested in the fine line between service and value.
